Your health journey.
Bring your own records, lab reports, and appointment questions into context, so there’s less to piece together before your next conversation.
Lab results, visit notes, and health records can tell a bigger story together. We’re developing Atlasano to organize that story, help you explore it with Sano AI, and prepare clearer questions for your care team. Our vision includes you, your family and kids, parents and loved ones, and pets.

Your records.Your questions. Your next conversation.
A vision we’re building toward.THE PEOPLE — AND PETS — IN YOUR LIFE
Our vision starts with your own health journey and extends to families with kids, parents and loved ones, and pets—with a distinct record and the right permissions for each.
Bring your own records, lab reports, and appointment questions into context, so there’s less to piece together before your next conversation.
A guardian-managed view for organizing children’s records and visit notes, subject to appropriate eligibility and authority.
Help someone you care about organize records and prepare for appointments—with their permission.
A distinct place for veterinary records and visit notes, separate from human health records. Pet organization would not provide veterinary diagnosis or treatment guidance.
01 / THE ATLASANO APPROACH
A lab result in one portal. Notes from another visit. A question you meant to ask. Here’s how we’re planning to bring the pieces together.
Bring records, lab results, and visit notes into a health timeline, with each detail linked to where it came from.
Ask Sano to explain unfamiliar terms and organize information, while keeping source records distinct from AI-generated text.
Draft questions before an appointment and review notes and next steps afterward, with consequential decisions kept for human approval.
A MORE CONNECTED HEALTH STORY
From a provider’s portal to a report on your desk, we’re planning ways to bring useful information into context—with its source kept in view.
Bring in records from participating care providers where connections are available, with your permission. Support would depend on the provider and the connection offered.
Upload records, lab reports, and visit notes from files or scans you already hold. The aim is to keep the original document alongside the information you review.
Record an appointment after participant notice and permission, then review a transcript and draft notes. You would review what matters before deciding on any next step.
View selected phone or wearable information alongside your clinical records, where supported and with permission. Everyday measurements would add context, not provide a diagnosis.
The demo uses sample data, with simulated AI and recording. Live connections, uploads, and health-data processing are not available here.
PHONE AND BROWSER
We’re building toward iOS, Android, and web experiences shaped for the way you use your phone or browser.
YOUR AI COMPANION
Sano is the AI companion we’re developing for Atlasano: a way to explore your records, understand the language, and prepare for a conversation with your clinician.
Record summaries with links back to the information they draw from.
Explanations of terms in lab reports and visit notes, with the source kept in view.
Question drafts and follow-up checklists for you and your care team to review.
Explanations and drafts are for you to review. Clinical decisions belong with you and your care team.

SYNTHETIC CONCEPT · NOT A LIVE CONVERSATION
AN OPTIONAL COMMUNITY
We’re also planning a space to connect around everyday experiences, exchange perspectives, and feel less alone in the practical side of health.
Participation would be your choice, through a separate community profile. Private health records would stay separate: no automatic enrollment, record sharing, or posting.
A space for peer perspectives, not clinical advice or monitored care.
A vision for conversations about the everyday.
A separate profile.
Your choice to take part.
CHOICE IS PART OF THE DESIGN
Before future cloud AI processing, our design requires explaining the selected information, purpose, and provider, then asking for permission. Declining would remain an option, with manual review where supported.
Our recording approach starts with participant notice and permission, followed by your review. The video illustrates this flow without capturing audio.
